Gratitude and Self

Prioritizing ourselves isn’t a one and done activity. We started last week with talking about the morning routine and setting a schedule, but how is that going?

Before we jump into anything new let’s follow-up on the goals you set for yourself last week to see how it is going. Setting goals is a great start, but holding each other accountable is what will lead you to success.

How has focusing on your morning routine changed your day? 

What worked and what didn’t?

This week I started a gratitude challenge, where I challenged people to write down 3 things everyday until thanksgiving that they are grateful for. By the time they are sitting around the dinner table they will have a list of 30 things to share and look back on.

What role does gratitude play in your daily routine?

I know this is a holiday week, which means a short work week for most. So let’s make sure we make the most of it and start off on the right foot! Looking forward to chatting, sharing and growing.
