On a mission to help you find clarity in your purpose, connection to your motivators, and inspiration to create the life you want.
After graduating with a bachelor's degree in Marketing, I moved to Los Angeles to complete a year of service through City Year. While trying to "figure out" what I wanted to do, I began teaching and working at one of the busiest restaurants in the city.
Without realizing it I was honing my skills for active listening, asking good questions, and helping my team/students be their best selves. Although I had been coaching for years, I began calling myself a coach in 2020 and continue to create a safe space for personal exploration through my coaching and facilitation practice.
vision planning + goal setting
habit developing and tracking
creating personalized systems
using Notion for personal tracking
decision-making
big life transitions
confidence and self-love
and more :)
I started coaching because I believe that if everyone in the world had access to a good coach, we would all live more fulfilling lives.
Why? Because a coach who is a good fit will ask powerful questions and provide tools that help us realize the potential we have always had.
My goal as a coach is to ask questions that help clients find clarity on what they want. We explore the challenges that might be getting in the way and create a plan that fits their lifestyle. Accountability looks different for everyone, so we work together to outline what support and encouragement look like as well.
3 words that describe my coaching style are
Empowering
Approachable
Compassionate
